Absolutely disgusted after ordering food from Rose Garden! While finding a black hair on my food and informing Rose Garden about it, they were only willing to replace the food if I returned the current one which I had thrown down the bin, but kept the piece with the hair as proof for them. I was very surprised when they turned around and said sorry we can’t help you if you threw the food in the bin and hung up the phone without providing any sort of solution! Very poor customer service, and was absolutely disgusted to find that black hair in it!! Will not be ordering from Rose Garden again and dealing with such poor and unprofessional customer service!
Rose Garden, own up to your mistakes and give customers back their refund when unsatisfied with their food or if there is hair in it!!
